The Tic Tac
November 2004, off the coast of Southern California. For days, radar on the USS Princeton had been tracking objects that dropped out of the sky faster than anything it had ever seen. When two Navy fighter jets were sent to take a look, the pilots found a white object shaped like a Tic Tac, about 40 feet long, with no wings and no exhaust. And when they turned toward it, it was gone.
